Future Teachers Apply09

Future Teachers Conditional Scholarship
and Loan Repayment Program (2009-2010)

There are two parts to the application:

  1. An electronic online part.

  2. A mailed in or delivered part.

You must complete both parts and submit them by the application deadline.

Steps:

  • Read and follow the instructions at the beginning of the online application.
  • Complete the online application (link below) and submit it. You can go in and out of the application as often as you want, until you submit it, but you must press the SUBMIT button at the end of the application to send it to us!
  • Print and complete the signature page that appears when you press the submit button.
  • Obtain required school transcripts.
  • Write and print your essay question responses.
  • Obtain exactly two recommendations.
  • Obtain copy of your residency teaching certificate, if applicable.
  • Complete Bilingual Verification Form if you want to receive points for your bilingual ability.

Mail or deliver your completed signature page, transcripts, statements, recommendations (and other items if required) in one envelope to:

Postmark dates will not be accepted. 

Faxed materials will not be accepted.

The application deadline is 4:30 p.m.
on Friday October 9, 2009.

  • The electronic part of your application must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on October 9, 2009; and
  • The mailed in or delivered part of your application must be received by 4:30 on October 9, 2009.

If any part of your application has not been submitted or is incomplete, you will not be considered for our 2009-10 Future Teachers program.

We will notify all applicants of their status by mail by November 30, 2009.
