Border County Pilot Project: Review and Recommendations (December 2001) - Reviews the Border County Pilot Project, which allows residents of three Oregon counties to pay Washington resident tuition rates at Washington State University Vancouver and Lower Columbia, Grays Harbor and Clark community colleges.

Outcomes Report: 1999-2001 Teacher Training Pilot Program Grant (December 2001) - Presents the results of the 1999-2001 teacher training pilot programs.

2001 Washington State Higher Education Statistics (September 2001) - Presents data on Washington colleges and universities, including enrollments, degrees granted and higher education finance.

Postsecondary Opportunity and Achievement in Washington (May 2001) - Looks at indicators of readiness, participation and achievement for Washington students with a focus on the broad span of students’ careers.

2000 Master Plan: Final Report on the Comprehensive Review of Enrollment Goals and Capital Assumptions (February 2001)
Presents the findings from a comprehensive review of the methods and assumptions underlying projected enrollment and capital cost estimates included in the 2000 Master Plan for Higher Education.

2001 Report on Reciprocity Agreements and Other Student Exchange Options (January 2001) - Prepared every two years, this report reviews the current status of Washington State reciprocity agreements with British Columbia, Idaho and Oregon, and examines other student exchange agreements.

2000 Distance Learning Study (January 2001) - Examines distance education at Washington public colleges and universities. Using data from the 1999-2000 academic year; and reviews the number of degrees and courses, enrollments, financing, methods of instruction, tuition and fees, and the characteristics of students and faculty.

- Annual report of tuition and required fees. Includes detailed data and analysis about how 2000-01 tuition and fees at Washington public colleges and universities compare with other Western states, with all 50 states, and with peer institutions.

2000-2001 Tuition and Fee Rates: A National Perspective (January 2001) - This annual report of tuition and required fees is an abbreviated version of the 2000-2001 Washington State Tuition and Fee Report for higher education officials and policymakers outside Washington.
