State Financial Aid Program Activity-Update on 2006-07 and 2007-08 Estimates - Staff provided their annual year-end report on the state financial aid programs administered by the HECB.  

Passport to College Scholarship - (Resolution 07-25) 
Report for board action on the implementation of the Passport to College Scholarship program for foster youth. 

Innovation Research Team Implementation Plan - (Resolution 07-24)  The HECB is charged with making recommendations to the Economic Development Commission (EDC) on a plan to use funds appropriated to the EDC by the Legislature to attract star researchers to areas related to innovation opportunities in the state. 

Report on Applied Baccalaureate Programs at Community and Technical Colleges - HECB and SBCTC staff presented data on the existing applied baccalaureate pilot programs.
