Educators for the 21st Century

The Educators for the 21st Century grant program, (formerly known as the Washington State Higher Education Improving Teacher Quality grant program) provides partnership grants for professional development projects that improve teaching and learning in elementary and secondary schools.

The Higher Education Coordinating Board administers the program, which the U.S. Dept. of Education pays for in accordance with Title II Part A of the No Child Left Behind Act.
