Samuel H. Smith is the president of the Talaris board of directors. As President Emeritus of Washington State University (WSU) and chair of the National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges Board of Directors for 2000, Sam brings to Talaris a world of experience and many contacts in the field of education.
